The Best Western Carolinian Beach Resort has all the comforts of home with hotel service.  Our vacation condominium is located in the heart of Myrtle Beach (25th ave North).  It is approximately 1.5 miles north of the Pavillion amusement park, blocks away from Broadway at the Beach, and the Convention Center.  If you enjoy baseball you can walk to the Myrtle Beach Pellican minor league baseball game.  This rental is in an ideal location for the golfers of the family.  There are many challenging courses located within a short drive.  Golfing packages are available through Patricia Resorts or through my partner links from the home page.  Traveling on business, then why not stay at the beach?  This newest gem of the Grand Strand, opened May 2004, has outdoor pools and lazy river.  High speed internet and friendly customer service are just a few qualities found at this resort.

My 1 BR, 1BA vacation rental sleeps 4 to 6 people and has a view of the ocean from both the living area as well as the bedroom.  I have tried to equip my condo for all ages to enjoy.  Some of what is provided at our home away from home is listed below.  I have also provided a list of items you may want to bring down with you.  If you have any questions or comments please contact owner or Patricia Resorts.  We will be happy to provide you with any information to make your vacation dreams come true.
