Sea Trail   910.287.1100

RATES:  $47 - $91

Willard Byrd Course – This, the third course at Sea Trail, is their best one. Its built around several man-made lakes ranging in size from 14-20 acres, and every hole there requires a distinctly different approach. It features good roll to the fairways, some hard doglegs, tight landing areas, large bunkers, lots of water, and large undulating greens.

Rees Jones Course - This, the second and longest course at Sea Trail, is their second best offering. It’s basically a traditionally styled, straightforward tract, with wide fairways, large mounding, pot and waste bunkers and large, elevated greens. It has four lakes and water comes into-play on eleven holes

Dan Maples Course - This, the first course at Sea Trail, is their weakest links – sorry, we couldn’t resist. It is also the one with the majority of the housing around it. It is short and narrow and features five holes along the marshes and Calabash Creek, as well as medium-sized greens and water in-play at least a dozen times. In 1986 it was nominated for Golf Digest’s “Best New Resort Courses,” but that was before all of the development

Amenities/Facilities:  Pro shop, snack bar, putting green, cocktails & restaurant, equipment rental, lessons.

Location:  North Highway 17 take Highway 179 to Calabash - turn off and follow signs for 3 different entrances to complex(NORTH  MAP
